Charles Marnham, Vicar
Charles is married to Tricia and they have two daughters, Clare and Sophie. Charles read law at Cambridge University and did his theology and ministerial training at St John’s College, Durham. He spent three years as a curate at Holy Trinity, Brompton, and then moved to the North-East of England where after a second curacy in Middlesbrough, he became rector of a church in Darlington. Charles moved back to London in 1995 as vicar of St Michael's. He loves reading and bookshops.

Will Coleridge, Curate
Will lives with his wife Liz near the Imperial War Museum in Kennington. Before joining St Michael’s he worked in London as a Family Law Solicitor at Withers and in his spare time he ran the teenage group at Emmanuel, Wimbledon. After a lot of thinking, he gave up on the law and opted for paid full time Christian ministry. St Michael’s is his first curacy. A Londoner all his life, Will is passionate about seeing Londoners reconnect with the God of the Scriptures. He enjoys tennis, espresso coffee and croissants, and motorbiking.

Miriam Goodacre, Director of Children's and Youth work
Miriam recently got married to Sam in Durham, where they met at a ballroom dancing event whilst doing their degrees. Miriam is the daughter of two clergy who are ordained in the Church of England and work in the diocese of York. She is passionate about working with children and young people particularly in a church setting.
Miriam enjoys spending her time in London visiting art galleries, theatres and museums. She enjoys hosting dinner parties and learning how to cook new recipes. She is an advocate of social action and loves to settle down with a box of fair-trade chocolates at the end of the day.

Philly Lopez, Worship leader
After completing her music degree at Oxford Brookes and being a full time vocal coach at Nexus Trust for two years, in 2007 Philly moved back to London and started working for st Michael's. Philly works as the worship leader part time spending the rest of her time as a professional singer with sessions in the secular music industry as well as singing on worship albums and at christian conferences.

Rachel Quayle, Events Manager
Rachel has been a member of St Michael’s since 2005, when she moved to London after studying Anthropology at Durham. She worked in politics for 5 years before moving to work at St Michael’s. She recently married Will and they are both regular evening service members, beefing up the mighty Isle of Man contingent of the congregation. She takes pride in having taught many of the congregation the national anthem of this great country. Rachel enjoys yoghurt covered brazil nuts, a good read, cooking, party planning, dinner parties, an energetic boogie with friends and lots of sport – running regularly and skiing slightly less regularly.

Tom Bell, Organist and Choirmaster (Part-time)
Tom is a freelance professional organist. He performs in the UK and abroad as a soloist, and in 2011 he will visit the USA for the first time, giving concerts at Washington National Cathedral and at Princeton University. He also teaches widely for the Royal College of Organists, Royal School of Church Music and other organisations. A passion for outreach and education work has seen him involved with a number of projects nationwide. He is thrilled to be at St Michael's as Organist and Choirmaster, and hopes the staff and congregation will be able to put up with his warped sense of humour and obsession with steam locomotives.

Lise Gould, Finance Secretary
Lise has a background in business and theology and joined St Michael's in 2002. Lise keeps sane by working out at the gym and escaping with her husband, Victor, to the sun whenever possible.

Michael Horsley, Director of Operations
Michael has been a member of St Michael's since 2002. He joined the staff team in 2007, as Director of Special Projects, after spending several years working in the charity sector. He is also PCC Secretary.

Nikki Hutchison, Administrator
Nikki has been a member of St Michael's since 2010, when she moved to London from Sheffield to work in politics for a year, after doing a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Physiology. She joined the staff team in 2011. Nikki likes stargazing in both Sheffield (look: the Great Bear!) and London (look: a star!) and also spends her time writing, cooking, and studying a part-time course in economics.
